After taking personal vows of poverty, chastity, obedience, & stability, my life has been filled with the joys of living the daily Christian life starting each day with prayer, morning, mid day, & evening, combined with Bible and devotional readings. The daily solitude is wonderful.
It reminds me that silence is like a wonderful spiritual bath, which invites us to get into and relax our spiritual muscles, so you can start listening to God, listening to other people, and listening with the ear of your heart to your own deepest self.
